Back by popular demand. I first created this blend after exploring lucid dreaming in relationship to Mugwort. I chose the herbs in this blend to help lead one towards a restful night long sleep. . . and may the sweet dreams be included. I made a batch and it flew off the shelf and has proven to support it's initial intention. After a few folks asked about it, I have made a new batch and am actually putting it on the website since that is how we all stay connected these days. 
 
Suggested use:
1 dropper full ad needed to ease into a restful sleep
 
Ingredients: Mugwort (Artemesia vulgares), Skullcap(Scuttelaria lateriflora), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera),Blue Vervain (Verbena hastata), Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), Cinnamon, organic food grade vegetable glycerin, filtered rainwater
