Meet the Medicinals

Meander the gardens with Caroline and receive a in depth experiential introduction to a handful of medicinal plants in the forest garden.

We will look at how these plants express themselves through the seasons in the garden ecosystem, taste fresh plant, drink tea and taste fresh plant tincture. We will share our collective experiences with the plant remedies creating a collaborative herbal experience. 

From our tastings we will look into the herbal actions of each medicinal and how they work to support the health of our body, mind and spirit

Each workshop will focus on who is in full expression in our forest garden. We will focus on 4-5 plants. Come ready to meet new plant allies who are ready to support your health and wellnes for the coming seasons!

Some plants include Yarrow (Achillium milliflora) Motherwort ( Leonarus cardiaca) Pink Evening Primrose ( Oenothera speciosa), Mullein (Verbascum), Beebalm (Monarda sp), California Poppy, Rose, Bay Laurel, Peach leaf, Mulberry, Plantain, Lemon Balm ( Melissa officinalis), Echinacea, Red Clover, Holy Basil (Occimum sanctum), Mugwort (Artemesia vulgares & Artemesia ludoviciana ), Calendula, Skullcap, Clary Sage, and many more!

Each workshop is capped at 15 participants and registration will close when full. Each workshop will highlight different plants so sign up for both and have 2 different playshop experiences. Cost: $25
