Make Your Own Herbal Remedy

We will start with a plant walk to meet the medicinals growing in the forest garden. Then you will choose 3-5 herbs to harvest, process and start a seasonal tincture (using organic alcohol or honey and apple cider vinegar) of your own inspired and informed formulation to support you through the coming seasons.

Some of my most favorite (and yours) seasonal remedies in the apothecary are made from a single basket harvest on a specific day and extracted together in one big jar together. These remedies always have a unique impact on people's health and wellbeing that many people experience as profound healing.Alchemy!
