Community Herbalism Apprenticeship

I humbly offer this opportunity with the vision of weaving resilient community by sharing my practice of place based herbalism and permaculture.

Since October, my work has focused on facilitating 7 women in a Community Herbalism Apprenticeship. We meet once a week for 4 hours and drop into the medicinal plants that are expressing themselves through out the seasons. We go deep into herbal actions and energetics and how the plant medicines work with different constitutions and needs by tasting tinctures and reflecting on their affects partnered with research in our herbal library. I share all of my favorite medicine making modalities and each apprentice often leaves with tinctures, oils, fresh herbs and plant starts in hand. We grow our home gardens along side each other and have enjoyed jaunts to plant sales as well as making group wholesale plant orders.
