This tea came to be on a cold day when the wind was whipping about. Everyone felt cold and ungrounded so we blended up a tea for support. This tea has become a community favorite! It is sure to ground you when you feel uproooted sooth the nerves and uplift the spirit. Add milk for extra effect (Oatmilk is my fav!) Steep at least 1 TBS per 8oz water for minimum of 10 minutes.
